Privacy Policy

Health Scan by SQSMODS, the Chrome extension and the dashboard at healthscan.sqsmods.com. Last updated October 24, 2026.

The short version

• Health Scan is read only. It never changes anything on the sites you scan.
• Without an account, scan results stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to us.
• With an account, we store your email address and the scans you choose to save, so you can see them on the dashboard.
• We do not sell data, show ads or use analytics or tracking in the extension.

What the extension reads

When you start a scan, the extension reads the public pages of that site (pages, blog posts, events, products, sitemap and code) the way a visitor's browser would. If you are already signed in to that site's Squarespace editor in Chrome, it also reads the site's settings pages (for example forms, URL mappings and code injection) using your existing session. It does not see or store your Squarespace password or cookies.

To check links, the extension may request the addresses the scanned site links to, to see whether they still work.

Scans only run when you start them. The extension does not read other sites or tabs, and it does not track your browsing.

What stays in your browser

The latest scan of each site, your report settings, and items you mark as Ignore or Done are kept in Chrome's storage on your computer. Scan results are cleared when Chrome closes. You can remove everything by removing the extension.

What we store when you have an account

Accounts are optional and invite only during early access. When you sign in, we store:

• Your email address, to send you a sign-in code. There is no password.
• Each scan you run while signed in: the site's title, address and logo address, the findings, passed checks and scores. Email addresses that appear in findings (for example a form's recipient) are masked before upload, like r***@example.com.
• Items you mark as Ignore or Done, so they show the same on every computer.

This data is used only to show your scans, scores and progress to you, in the extension and on the dashboard. Each account can only see its own data.

Where it is stored, and who processes it

• Supabase hosts the account database, in Canada (Central).
• Resend sends the sign-in code and invitation emails.
• Vercel hosts the dashboard website.

We do not share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The use of information received from Google APIs and the browser will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide Health Scan's single purpose, checking Squarespace sites, and is never sold, used for advertising, or used to determine credit or lending.

Keeping and deleting your data

Saved scans are kept until you ask us to delete them or your account. Email info@fusehub.ca and we will delete your account and all of its scans within 30 days.

Changes
